We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and that's why we prefer to keep things clear so there are no surprises along the way.

When you make a booking with us, whether this is a retreat, training or  coaching, You will be automatically accepting our terms and conditions. So please Take your time to carefully read our cancellation policy below.

 

Retreats & Trainings: Deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you change your mind about attending a retreat you have to let us know within 30 days prior to the event, in this case you can transfer your deposit for a future retreat or training. Any remaining amount, should be settled 30 days before the event happens. If you cancel after those 30 days you're not entitled to any refund or transfers.

Coaching: Deposits are strictly non-refundable. The remaining should be settled on the dates agreed. Once the course has started you are to follow the schedule, for example a 2 weeks course should be finished in 2 weeks, a 6 weeks course should be finished in 6 weeks, a 3 months course should be finished in 3 months. This is to be followed by both parties, unless pre-agreed otherwise (for example if you had already agreed you will go on holidays in the middle of the course).

After the whole amount for the retreat, training or coaching is settled, no refunds are to be issued, with no exceptions.
