We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and that's why we prefer to keep things clear so there are no surprises along the way.

When you make a booking with us, whether this is a retreat, training or  coaching, you will be automatically accepting our terms and conditions. So please take your time to carefully read our cancellation policy below.

Coaching: Deposits are strictly non-refundable. The remaining should be settled on the dates agreed. Once the course has started you are to follow the schedule, for example a 4 weeks course should be finished in 4 weeks, a 12 weeks course should be finished in 12 weeks, a 6 months course should be finished in 6 months. This is to be followed by both parties, unless pre-agreed otherwise. If you fail to book or attend your live sessions in this time frame, you'll lose the right to these sessions, as the time frame will not be extended to accommodate your lack of commitment (unless otherwise pre-agreed).

 

If you fail any of your consecutive payments, you'll automatically lose the right to continue the course and whichever amount has already been settled shall be non-refundable.​

After the whole amount for the retreat, training or coaching is settled, no refunds are to be issued, with no exceptions.
